Eagle Rock Distributing Company is builidng a new beverage distribution warehouse in Monument, Colorado.
Earthwork has begun on this state of the art 260,975 SF building will include a two-story, finished office space of approximately 22,650 SF; 209,175 SF of controleld envionment ware hosue, 30,6745 SF keg cooler, loading docks and an event hosting area on each floor with an outdoor patio.
