Work has begun on 2 new industrial buildings—Building 1 (154,702 SF) and Building 2 (124,672 SF) on 16 acres on the southwest corner of 45th and Telluride Street in the Green Valley Ranch area. Weather permitting, this project should be completed by July of 2025.
