6.9 acres of industrial property at 8705 Rosemary Street in Commerce City  was rezoned with plans to construct a 54,600-square-foot grade-level industrial building with a three-acre outdoor storage yard.  The project is set to be completed in Spring 2025.

Work has begun on 2 new industrial buildings—Building 1 (154,702 SF) and Building 2 (124,672 SF) on 16 acres on the southwest corner of 45th and Telluride Street in the Green Valley Ranch area. Weather permitting, this project should be completed by July of 2025.

Eagle Rock Distributing Company is building a new beverage distribution warehouse in Monument, Colorado.

Earthwork has begun on this state of the art 260,975 SF building will include a two-story, finished office space of approximately 22,650 SF; 209,175 SF of controlled environment ware house, 30,6745 SF keg cooler, loading docks and an event hosting area on each floor with an outdoor patio.

We are well on our way building 4 out of the 7 buildings planned to be at Pecos Logistic Park off of Pecos and 56th Avenue. The largest of them being a 283,500 SF build-to-suite for PepsiCo. The other three buildings have a total 391,600 sf between them. The front-park, rear-load buildings will feature dock-high and drive-in loading, 28- to 32-foot-clear ceiling heights, ESFR K-17 sprinklers, LED lighting and trailer parking. This phase one is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.
