August 2016, Denver, Colorado.  Enterprise Business Center(EBC) Bldg 2 at 9950 E 40th Avenue, Denver, CO has been awarded LEED Certified rating.  The LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the foremost program for buildings, homes and communities that are designed, constructed, maintained and operated for improved environmental and human health performance.

EBC Building 2 achieved LEED® status by implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions aimed at achieving high performance in: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.  This project also achieved 6 of the 6 Innovation in Design points within the LEED® rating system!
